• Own and drive the product strategy for the Player Success team • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer operations, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional solutions • Inspire and lead a high-performing, fast-growing product team through a collaborative and transparent culture • Drive the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization • Champion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative product experiences • Foster a startup mentality that emphasizes technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure product alignment with business goals
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of proven product management experience with a strong record of delivering successful product features • Expertise in one or more of the team’s core features and/or sportsbook product development (5+ years preferred) • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal • Demonstrated ability to deliver products on time and within budget • Strong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work across teams and time zones • Strategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences
