• Build & Lead a High-Performance Analytics Team • Develop and mentor a team of CRM analysts with a high bar for intellectual rigor and business impact • Work with Senior Director to establish best practices in analytical thinking, experimentation design, and stakeholder communication • Create scalable processes that enable both speed and quality • Apply and evolve best-in-class frameworks for campaign performance, retention lift, incremental revenue, and long-term player value • Implement robust test-and-learn strategies, including permanent holdouts and advanced test/control methodologies • Provide actionable insights that influence audience targeting, bonus strategy, lifecycle marketing, creative optimization, and promotional investments • Partner with CRM leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize sustainable player value • Move the team from descriptive reporting to forward-looking, decision-driving analytics • Identify and implement practical analytical tools and AI-driven approaches to improve the performance of the Sports CRM function • Champion experimentation and evidence-based decision-making within the Sports CRM organization • Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive action • Raise the standard for how insights inform strategy
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, with 2+ years leading teams • Experience in online gaming • Experience applying AI/ML or automation thoughtfully to business problems • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with modern data stacks • Background in engineering, math, computer science, economics, or related quantitative field • Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention analytics
