📋 Description

• Close collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager and external partners in occupational safety and fire protection • Support in developing Health & Safety standards across the international hotel portfolio • Contribute to hazard assessments and risk evaluations • Coordinate the implementation of resulting measures at the hotels • Organize and coordinate trainings and briefings for employees • Prepare and update safety documentation and emergency plans • Review inspection reports on occupational safety and fire protection, coordinate with the hotels and follow up on agreed measures • Analyze accident reports and develop preventive measures • Coordinate evacuation drills and other emergency training with external partners • Support the Health & Safety Manager during hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects • Independently take responsibility for defined sub-projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards in occupational safety and fire protection • Strong organizational skills and a structured working style • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development in occupational safety and fire protection • Communication and interpersonal skills • Professional demeanor and integrity • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
