📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of their AI projects. • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and work with the AI and engineering teams to design and implement solutions using n8n for automation, LLMs for language processing, and Python for backend development. • Provide strategic advice to clients on AI-related solutions and help them optimize existing systems using advanced technologies. • Work closely with internal technical teams (AI engineers, data scientists, ML specialists) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations. • Track and report on the performance of deployed AI solutions, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. • Provide ongoing support to clients post-deployment, including training and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a client-facing role, with a focus on AI/ML solutions. • Strong technical understanding of AI technologies and tools, including n8n for workflow automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning concepts. • Proficiency in Python for integrating and optimizing AI systems. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver complex technical projects. • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client concerns and adapt AI solutions to meet evolving business needs. • High level of comfort with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
