• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or client services • 3+ years in people leadership • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field or equivalent years of related experience • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and up-leveling direct reports • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, systems, and IT infrastructure • Knowledge of inpatient data and hospital operations; experience leading patient flow or capacity initiatives in large health system environments • Exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead organizational change • Willingness to travel 25-50%
