📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership on high-complexity initiatives, supporting multiple teams when needed. • Define and evolve scalable, resilient, and maintainable architectures. • Develop applications using Node.js (NestJS) and Next.js. • Design solutions on AWS using managed services and cloud architecture best practices. • Support technical decisions considering scalability, performance, cost, security, and developer experience. • Promote development best practices, automated testing, observability, and code quality. • Participate in technical discussions, refinement sessions, and architectural definitions with Product and Engineering teams. • Act as a technical mentor, performing code reviews and supporting the growth of other engineers. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and the development platform. • Collaborate with Platform and SRE teams on the evolution of infrastructure and the delivery lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Solid experience in back-end development using Node.js and NestJS. • Experience with front-end applications using React and Next.js. • Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS. • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Experience with REST APIs and event-driven asynchronous communication. • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with observability (logs, metrics, and tracing). • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions. • Collaborative mindset, with ease sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
