📋 Description

• Report to the Dynamics Engineering Manager • Analyze requirements and technical designs • Contribute to test planning and apply shift-left testing practices • Design, execute, and maintain manual tests • Support defect investigation and ensure software meets quality standards • Monitor test results and defects • Contribute to root cause analysis and release readiness assessments • Develop and maintain automated tests as appropriate • Work alongside unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices • Participate in code reviews • Follow established engineering processes, ways of working, and documentation standards • Support junior colleagues • Promote testing best practices • Contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience testing CRM platforms • Hands-on experience validating business processes, workflows, integrations, and data • Advanced English proficiency • Solid experience in manual software testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to investigate issues and identify potential root causes • Experience using TestRail, Postman, Jira, and Confluence • Good understanding of API testing, SQL, and web-based applications • Ability to work effectively with technical teams • Résumé must be submitted in English
