📋 Description

• Plan and execute end-to-end project delivery- from requirement gathering to final launch. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Development, QA, Design, Marketing) to align on timelines, dependencies, and quality benchmarks. • Contribute to strategic planning by translating business goals into actionable project plans and roadmaps. • Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives. • Own project budgets — track costs, optimize resource allocation, and report variances. • Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello. • Conduct regular check-ins and ensure clear communication with department leads and management. • Identify risks and create mitigation plans to minimize delays or overspending. • Provide post-project analysis and strategic input for process and performance improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in project management within IT, digital, or web development. • Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and QA processes. • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and cost tracking. • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar). • Ability to manage teams and drive collaboration across departments. • Familiarity with web technologies (WordPress, CRM integrations, etc.) is preferred.
