📋 Description

• Analyze members’ needs • Advise and guide members throughout their renovation, energy-efficiency, or construction projects • Lead contract and investment negotiations in target building-sector markets • Ensure the best balance of quality, cost, and impact • Source, assess, and manage the network of local suppliers and technical partners • Provide members with clear, accessible technical and regulatory expertise • Support members in their role as project owners • Work cross-functionally with the Markets and Sales Network teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree or equivalent • At least 10 years of substantial experience in the building and construction sector • Significant experience managing and supporting projects, including construction supervision, engineering consultancy, or owner’s representative/technical advisory services • Excellent listening skills • Strong advisory mindset • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-specialists • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to successfully deliver complex procurement projects • Full commitment to Le Cèdre’s social mission • Comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive environment
