📋 Description

• Analyze members’ needs and advise them on renovation, energy-efficiency, and construction projects • Guide members throughout their projects, from start to finish • Lead contract and investment negotiations in the building sector • Ensure the best balance of quality, price, and impact • Source, assess, and manage a network of local suppliers and technical partners • Provide members with clear, accessible technical and regulatory expertise • Work cross-functionally with the Markets and Sales Network teams • Support members in their role as project owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (or equivalent) • At least 10 years of solid experience in the building sector • Significant experience managing and supporting projects, including construction supervision, design engineering, or owner’s representative/technical advisory roles • Excellent listening skills • Strong advisory skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-specialists • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Commercial acumen to successfully manage complex purchasing projects • Full commitment to Cèdre’s social mission • Comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive environment
