📋 Description

• Build reliable, scalable product experiences for equity management • Work with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex equity workflows into clear, automated, user-friendly software • Take ownership of well-scoped projects and contribute across the stack • Contribute to teams covering core equity transaction logic, workflows and automation, reporting, or tax capabilities • Set up the development environment and contribute small, well-scoped changes during onboarding • Ship product features and improvements with increasing independence • Break down problems, understand trade-offs, and deliver reliable solutions • Participate in code reviews and team discussions • Own medium-sized features from implementation through release • Collaborate with Product and Design on pragmatic, user-centric solutions • Contribute to technical discussions around data models, workflows, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer • Comfortable building and shipping production-quality features across the stack • Enjoy learning complex domains and turning them into simple, maintainable product experiences • Care about clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration • Curious about equity, financial workflows, and their real-world impact on companies and employees • Excited to grow technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions • Take ownership of work while asking for input early when trade-offs are unclear • Experience or willingness to work with TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Node.js, MongoDB, Temporal, GCP, Terraform Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions; proficiency in the specific stack is not expected • London-based candidates must work in the office 2 days per week • Zurich-based candidates must work in the office 2 days per week
