📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data projects, with a focus on mapping business metrics; • Map business metrics to the company’s processes and systems; • Create and maintain data models and documentation, including documentation of business metrics; • Collaborate with the development team to ensure data projects are implemented according to requirements and that business metrics are measured and monitored correctly; • Test and validate data solutions to verify that business metrics are being measured and monitored correctly; • Train users on data solutions, including the use of business metrics; • Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions, ensuring that business metrics are accurate and reliable; • Stay up to date with the latest data trends and technologies, including those related to mapping and analyzing business metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience as a Functional Data Analyst or in a similar role; • Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis methodologies, with emphasis on mapping business metrics; • Experience with data modeling, documentation, and analysis of business metrics; • Proficiency in SQL query languages and BI tools; • Experience in functional roles, conceptual and logical modeling, and metrics mapping, as well as knowledge of data governance techniques; • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Desired knowledge: • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and business metrics analysis; • Knowledge of data mining techniques; • Experience with software development;
