📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of internal platforms that drive business operations and measurable outcomes. • Lead cross-functional initiatives, including system modernization, workflow digitization, and platform transformation across multiple teams. • Translate business needs, integrations, APIs, and data migration requirements into prioritized product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases and remove blockers. • Use data and KPIs to measure product success, optimize features, and drive continuous improvements through informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Product Ownership/ Product Manager experience delivering complex, cross-functional products in Agile environments (end-to-end ownership). • Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives (process redesign, operating model change, modernization programs). • Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning, sequencing, risk management, and adoption. • Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment. • Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability, platform/service thinking). • **Bonus Points:** • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. • Experience working with internal business platforms, enterprise applications, or API-driven ecosystems.
