📋 Description

• Prepare Regional annual business plan for Specification • Manage, update and implement activities and strategies to support the plan • Manage employees in assigned region and establish performance standards • Develop agency salespeople within the region to maximize sales efforts • Conduct sales presentations for Specifiers, Contracts and agents alike • Ensure direct and agency representatives have appropriate product training • Attend local and national shows providing sales support • Work in conjunction with the Marketing leadership and Product Managers • Develop key Specifier relationships to enhance market/product intelligence • Collaborate with inside sales and engineering teams to deliver accurate information • Identify emerging markets and market shifts

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA from an accredited university, MBA preferred • Minimum of 10 years in Lighting/Electrical Industry • A minimum of 5 years of Managerial experience • Minimum of 5 Years Specification experience • Extensive knowledge of the product, geographic markets and channels • Must have solid business acumen and understanding of a variety of functional areas • Must understand implement marketing strategy and manage teams to that strategy • Strong leadership skills • Excellent skills in project management • Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
