📋 Description

• Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysis. • Lead weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leads. • Lead preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolio. • Assist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk. • Assist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EAC. • Support F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). • Support F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analyses. • Support F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline and 8+ years of program finance related experience. • Prior defense contracting industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. • Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently. • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed. • Knowledge of financial systems and applications such as: Cost Point, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost Point. • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
