• Lead and manage a geographically dispersed workforce supporting the mission of the EIA Business Area. • Develop and establish relationships between the customers, strategic partners and across the entire company. • Identify gaps and emerging requirements, perform market and economic analysis, conduct business intelligence. • Develop the overall Growth Strategy, as well as internal and external partnerships, campaigns and associated Energy Infrastructure marketing for the Business Area. • Drive a robust pipeline of opportunities and execute cost-effective win strategies to achieve annual financial objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years related Growth experience including leading business development teams • Proven experience in developing and growing a large portfolio with positive book-to-bill (>1) and sustained year over year growth • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead large and diverse teams while growing and developing people • Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Ability to create, establish mutually beneficial relationships internal and external to Leidos • Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
