• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts • Advising business stakeholders on contractual matters and providing practical solutions • Coordinating and supervising corporate legal support in the South Asia region • Monitoring different disputes and assisting trade and finance teams in major debt collection procedures • Coordinating with external service providers for legal watch and update on laws
🎯 Requirements
• Lawyer with relevant 7 to 10 years’ experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry • Good understanding of corporate and contract laws in the southeast Asia region • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in the use of legal research tools and document management systems • Familiarity with corporate governance best practices and compliance requirements • Team spirit and ability to build a strong team
