📋 Description

• Reporting to the Global Ruminant Technical Manager, support the development of Phileo product sales in the European region • Provide species-specific technical support to local sales and technical teams through training, joint visits, implementation of conviction trials, and monitoring of technical projects • Participate in the development of new solutions and services, in close collaboration with members of the Ruminant technical team and the R&D department • Provide internal and external technical support for Phileo ruminant solutions • Contribute to the implementation of the Ruminant strategy in Europe • Support key account management and maintain a network of key opinion leaders • Participate in field evaluations of products, projects and services related to ruminants • Support the R&D team in implementing and monitoring R&D trials that meet regional market needs • International travel required (minimum 50% of the time)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, DVM, or PhD • More than 10 years of experience in ruminant nutrition • Solid practical knowledge of ruminant nutrition and production systems in Europe • Excellent analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset • Ability to influence through indirect leadership; strong, diplomatic communication skills; adaptable, open-minded and creative • English is essential; additional languages are a plus
