âą Reporting to the Global Ruminant Technical Manager, support the development of Phileo product sales in the European region âą Provide species-specific technical support to local sales and technical teams through training, joint visits, implementation of conviction trials, and monitoring of technical projects âą Participate in the development of new solutions and services, in close collaboration with members of the Ruminant technical team and the R&D department âą Provide internal and external technical support for Phileo ruminant solutions âą Contribute to the implementation of the Ruminant strategy in Europe âą Support key account management and maintain a network of key opinion leaders âą Participate in field evaluations of products, projects and services related to ruminants âą Support the R&D team in implementing and monitoring R&D trials that meet regional market needs âą International travel required (minimum 50% of the time)
âą Masterâs degree in Animal Nutrition, DVM, or PhD âą More than 10 years of experience in ruminant nutrition âą Solid practical knowledge of ruminant nutrition and production systems in Europe âą Excellent analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset âą Ability to influence through indirect leadership; strong, diplomatic communication skills; adaptable, open-minded and creative âą English is essential; additional languages are a plus
