• Supporting trainers and providing resources during educational leave programs • Quality assurance and reviewing documents • Managing team organization and communication • Preparing and following up on the organization of educational leave programs • Conducting preparation and feedback meetings
• Enjoyment of written and verbal communication • Good knowledge of MS Office applications • Reliable handling of documents • Independent, structured, and dependable working style • Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people • Strong communication skills • Commitment to maintaining the company’s professional public image • Attention to detail • Willingness to complete at least 280 hours • The internship should be part-time • A mandatory internship as part of a degree program is welcome
