📋 Description

• Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to potential clients. • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or demos for the sales team. • Maintain and update CRM system, ensuring accuracy of customer information and sales activities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content strategies for lead nurturing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience as a SDR/BDR in a software company or similar space. • Strong desire to grow a career in sales, preferably in the Tech or SaaS sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with enthusiasm for engaging prospects. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High level of resilience and adaptability in the face of rejection. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Hubspot and lead management tools. • Previous experience in a sales-focused role is advantageous. • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead generation techniques.
