• 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
