• Governance of franchise contracts: • - Franchise agreement / Termination agreement • - Amendments (e.g., FPP) • - Renewals • - Assignments (changes of company registration/CNPJ) • - Lease agreement • Internal organization (folders and controls) and coordination with Legal (within the legal platform). Analysis of operating partners, guarantors, and asset-dependency dynamics. • Populate our internal franchise control spreadsheet with contract and lease information

• Analytical, strategic, and inquisitive profile; strong at identifying opportunities; basic legal background. • Intermediate Excel skills.
