📋 Description
• Build automations using Make.com, Go High Level, Zapier , and other platforms to reduce manual work • Create dashboards and reporting systems for real-time operational visibility • Turn big ideas into SOPs, scalable processes, and workflows • Handle complex technical escalations that the regular tech team cannot resolve • Propose and implement at least 2 process improvement projects per month • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and scalable systems

• Proven experience building systems for 6-8 figure companies • Strong expertise in automation, dashboards, and workflows • Process-oriented thinking with excellent problem-solving skills • Obsessive about operational efficiency and clean systems • Comfortable working with CEOs and leadership teams to drive impact
