📋 Description
• Responsible for statutory financial reporting and tax matters for our German entities • Preparation of annual financial statements for our German entities in accordance with HGB • Technical leadership and support of two General Ledger Accountants • Management and oversight of our external accounting service provider and resolution of complex issues • Coordination of the annual audit • Review of profit and loss statements
🎯 Requirements
• Completed professional qualification in accounting, finance, or taxation (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of German accounting in accordance with HGB • Several years of experience in general ledger accounting and tax • Experience in an international corporate environment • Business-fluent German and English (C1/C2)
