📋 Description

• Careful review, recording and posting of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets accounting • Ensure a reliable financial data foundation by maintaining and updating our accounting and ERP systems • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and perform account reconciliations • Track and resolve outstanding items, discrepancies, and accounting queries • Handle administrative tasks in the finance area and ensure structured, auditable documentation • Contribute to creating structure and transparency in a dynamic scale-up environment and actively support the optimization of existing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on business administration • More than five years of professional experience in accounting or financial accounting • Highly meticulous, structured, reliable, and solution-oriented • German language skills at C1 level for proactive communication with colleagues • Ideally, initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
