📋 Description

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in the B2B market, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and analysts • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the marketing of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demand • Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies • Collaboration with Sales: Align marketing and sales initiatives to ensure a cohesive strategy across departments • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using analytics platforms and data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a B2B environment • Proven track record of driving growth through lead generation and marketing campaigns • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Familiarity with product marketing and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
