📋 Description

• Feature programming (approximately 80% of the time) • Help design and develop high-risk components • Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues • Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle, from ideation and project design through UX, code, testing, deployment, security, and component integration • Ensure the solution is maintainable by promoting good design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and ease deployment • Collaborate with architects to ensure the product's long-term technical viability • Produce clear and effective technical documentation • Investigate issues reported by customers • Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on technical changes in each release • Support the technical lead in planning new releases • Perform complex technical analyses, always aiming for the best solution for customers • Analyze and validate Product Manager requirements to determine project feasibility • Assess and provide high-level estimates

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent • At least 7 years of programming experience • Experience with complex software systems • Experience working with external consultants • Strong programming skills (C#, .NET Core, Angular) • Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL) • Good knowledge of programming best practices (unit testing, algorithms, etc.) • Good knowledge of DevOps practices (build and deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.) • Knowledge of Visual FoxPro 9 is an asset • Autonomous and resourceful • Comfortable working with uncertainty • Strong problem-diagnosis skills • Rigour and attention to detail • Leadership • Collaboration • People-oriented • Team player • Analytical mindset • Good communication skills
