• Feature development: Assist in designing and programming high-risk components. • Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues. • Understand and play a major role throughout the design and delivery lifecycle, from ideation to project design, including UX, code, testing, deployment, security, and component integration. • Ensure solutions are maintainable by promoting good design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and facilitate deployment. • Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the product’s long-term technical viability. • Produce clear and effective technical documentation. • Level 3 support (N3): Investigate issues reported by customers. • Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on the technical changes in each release. • Planning: Support the technical lead in planning new releases. • Perform complex technical analyses, always aiming for the best solution for clients. • Analyze and validate Product Manager requirements to determine project feasibility. • Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • Minimum of 10 years of programming experience. • Experience with complex software systems. • Experience working with external consultants. • Strong programming skills (Delphi, C#, .NET Core, Angular — required). • Deep knowledge of databases (MS SQL). • Good understanding of programming best practices (unit testing, algorithms, etc.). • Familiarity with DevOps practices (build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.). • Knowledge of HL7 standards. • Autonomy and resourcefulness. • Comfortable with ambiguity and the unknown. • Strong problem-diagnosis skills. • Rigor and attention to detail. • Leadership and collaboration skills. • Team player with strong analytical abilities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • This position requires bilingualism (French/English) as the candidate will work with documentation in both languages and will communicate, orally and in writing, with francophone and anglophone partners, clients, vendors, and colleagues.
