📋 Description

• Support multiple projects simultaneously (2 or more, depending on complexity) • Create and maintain QA Plans / Quality Strategies for assigned projects • Conduct internal audits and identify non-compliances against Customer development processes • Track, report, and escalate quality risks and issues • Report project quality status and progress to Project Managers and Directors • Collaborate with system, hardware, software, and test teams • Work remotely using VPN, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams • Use tools such as Jama, Jira, Confluence, SVN, GitHub, and MS Office

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in embedded systems or embedded audio • Background in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related engineering field • Strong test and quality discipline • Experience working within structured development processes • Ability to read and understand requirements and test documentation • Good communication and reporting skills • Experience with consumer electronics or audio products (Bonus Qualification) • Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, QA Lead, or Quality Manager (Bonus Qualification) • Familiarity with requirements management and defect tracking tools (Bonus Qualification)
