📋 Description

• Own and drive engagement strategy by creating and remaining accountable for SOWs. • Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing competing priorities and organizational dynamics. • Evaluate options and make critical decisions when there is no obvious right answer. • Manage program financials including resource forecasting and overall engagement profitability. • Shape AI-first roadmaps and help clients embed AI into their operations. • Drive delivery excellence and ensure high standards for client experience. • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients undergoing AI transformation and organizational change. • Build and maintain deep trust at the CXO and key stakeholder level.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience overseeing and directing teams of 30-40+ engineers across complex, multi-workstream enterprise engagements. • Proven track record as a trusted advisor at the CXO level on enterprise technology and AI transformation. • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship. • Ability to travel 10-35%, primarily US-based with occasional international travel.
