📋 Description

• Develop and refine management reports and tools to support decision-making across business areas; • Facilitate interpretation of available market data by developing critical analyses of the information, thereby adding value to the insights provided; • Maintain and improve area processes by updating procedures and pursuing continuous improvement; • Conduct studies to identify sales growth opportunities among customers participating in the sales distribution chain; • Ensure the business rules applied to company KPIs overseen by the area; • Respond to ad‑hoc requests from internal stakeholders in a critical manner, deepening understanding of the need and proposing value-added solutions to the requester

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; • Experience in data analysis, KPI development and identifying process improvement opportunities in business operations; • Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing and manipulating data; • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms; • Experience with automation and productivity tools such as Power Automate, Python for automation, RPA or equivalent solutions; • Strong knowledge in developing tabular cubes; • Experience organizing, processing and analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate insights and support decision-making; • Ability to document business rules, process flows, data requirements, acceptance criteria and improvement opportunities; • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
