📋 Description

• Basic access management: accounts, groups, profiles, permissions, and the user lifecycle. • Applying information security principles, including least privilege, multifactor authentication, and access approvals. • Using Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. • Following procedures, recording evidence, and handling confidential information. • Tracking tickets, deadlines, and outstanding items with attention to detail. • Guiding users and escalating situations that require technical assessment. • Using spreadsheets to organize data and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, PowerShell, or Python for routine automation. • Experience in Service Desk, technical support, or handling access requests. • Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID, particularly user and group queries and maintenance. • Basic knowledge of periodic access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD). • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. • Introductory knowledge of log analysis and security monitoring.
