📋 Description

• Model personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University • Engage in personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview • Teach courses as assigned and enhance student engagement through communication • Carry out administrative tasks as dictated by department administrators • Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with assigned schedule • Assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes • Provide regular and timely feedback to students • Participate in school retention initiatives • Advise students on academic and behavioral matters • Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies • Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies

🎯 Requirements

• Earned a Master’s or terminal degree in Human Resources • Minimum of 18 graduate hours in Human Resources with experience desired to teach at the baccalaureate level • Relevant certifications are considered • Possess a conferred terminal degree in Human Resources to teach at the Master’s or Doctoral level
