📋 Description

• - Tasks aimed at managing and filing medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims. • - Coordination with Healthcare Providers. Work closely with healthcare providers to obtain the necessary documentation, such as medical records and billing information. • - Communication with Legal Professionals • - Patient Support and record keeping • - Lien Filing Compliance and Policy Adherence • - Work collaboratively with other team members within the organization to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of lien management. • - Filing liens either in person or online is integral to this position. • - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• - **A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.** • - High School or GED required. • - Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus. • - Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals. • - Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary. • - Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks. • - Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. • - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers. • - Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
