📋 Description
• Conduzir processos de ponta a ponta (briefing, hunting, entrevistas, fechamento) • Mapear mercado e construir pipelines qualificados para posições-chave • Atuar com hunting ativo (LinkedIn, networking, indicações, mapeamentos) • Entrevistar e avaliar fit técnico/comportamental de profissionais do mercado financeiro • Ser parceiro(a) estratégico(a) dos clientes, entendendo negócio e cultura • Produzir relatórios dos candidatos para entrega de shortlist • Fortalecer a marca da consultoria junto a clientes e candidatos
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia como Headhunter, Recruiter ou Talent Acquisition com foco em Mercado Financeiro (bancos, assets, corretoras, fintechs, FIDCs, gestoras etc.) • Vivência com hunting ativo e posições de média/alta senioridade • Organização e gestão de tempo para gerir múltiplos processos simultâneos em ambiente remoto • Contrato PJ • Diferencial: contatos no mercado financeiro • Diferencial: experiência • Diferencial: inglês • Diferencial: vivência com vagas de C-Level, Partners e posições estratégicas
