📋 Description

• Map and optimize operational processes • Identify bottlenecks and structure workflows • Implement operating procedures, quality standards, checklists, and delivery validation criteria • Ensure consistency, productivity, quality, scalability, and adherence to deadlines • Organize and manage knowledge by transforming leadership guidance and experience into documentation, procedures, and training • Identify opportunities to automate scheduling, notifications, recurring tasks, and communication workflows • Lead multidisciplinary teams and allocate responsibilities • Monitor deliverables, foster team members’ autonomy, and manage conflicts • Implement gradual improvements, promote cross-functional integration, and ensure the adoption of new processes • Manage client relationships, monitor requests, and align expectations • Contribute to delivery quality, client satisfaction, and the sustainable growth of operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations management, preferably at digital marketing agencies • Knowledge of audiovisual production, video editing, social media, paid traffic, SEO, and Artificial Intelligence • Experience mapping, implementing, standardizing, and continuously improving operational processes • Knowledge of performance indicators, quality management, automation, and project management tools • Experience leading, delegating to, and developing multidisciplinary and remote teams • Ability to structure workflows, document procedures, develop training programs, and implement organizational change • Systems thinking, results orientation, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues • Collaborative, proactive, analytical, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable mindset • Professional maturity, autonomy, energy, and conflict management skills • Direct, assertive, and respectful communication, with flexibility to manage changing priorities • Advanced English proficiency • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred • Familiarity with the U.S. market • Experience working with U.S. construction companies • Valid U.S. visa and availability for occasional in-person immersion in the United States
