📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution. • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, workflows, and process maps. • Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and executive summaries. • Support leadership with operational planning and special projects. • Partner with Technical teams to coordinate system implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations. • Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting operational needs. • Support rollout of new tools and operational systems. • Collaborate with Procurement to monitor inventory planning, vendor performance, purchasing timelines, and operational needs. • Coordinate communication regarding product availability, supply chain issues, and procurement priorities. • Identify operational efficiencies related to purchasing and inventory workflows. • Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned vendors and service providers. • Coordinate onboarding of new vendors. • Monitor vendor performance against established service levels (SLAs). • Schedule recurring business reviews with vendors. • Foster productive, collaborative relationships that support organizational goals. • Maintain operational reports and dashboards. • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-up activities. • Prepare presentations and executive communications. • Provide operational support for strategic initiatives as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Experience using project management platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Preferred • Experience working with technical or software development teams. • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations. • Vendor management experience. • Experience creating dashboards and operational reporting. • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
