📋 Description

• Design and implement technical architecture for new Next.js and React-based applications. • Define and champion engineering standards for code quality, security, and performance. • Mentor, coach, and empower a distributed team of engineering resources. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Data, and Delivery teams. • Own the full-stack development lifecycle for key products, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in a software engineering role, with a strong focus on building and leading full-stack web applications. • Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and React. • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based architecture. • Deep, proven experience architecting solutions that integrate with a Headless CMS, specifically Optimizely. • Technical expertise across the entire stack, from frontend state management and component design to backend logic and database integration. • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with platforms such as GitHub Actions and Vercel. • Proven track record of setting engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and fostering technical excellence.
