📋 Description

• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations • Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions • Complete structured assessment reports based on expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates • Maintain professional communication with Hosts • Coordinate scheduling through MediaBox and email • Ensure timely submission of reports

🎯 Requirements

• Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields preferred • Flexible schedule • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel • Ability to use a phone or tablet for reports and photo uploads • Amazing communication skills • Strong attention to details • Proficient in written and spoken English • Tech-comfortable with stable internet connection • Located within 1 hour driving distance from job location
