• Support up to 60 entrepreneurs in growing their companies • Identify business bottlenecks • Develop clear, actionable strategic roadmaps • Challenge strategic decisions • Monitor execution and performance • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of coaching frameworks • Participate in the creation of new strategic tools and content

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years' experience in strategic consulting, business coaching, or entrepreneurship • Proven experience supporting companies through growth • Strong strategic analysis capabilities • Strong results-oriented mindset
