📋 Description

• manage and coordinate day-to-day tasks related to the implementation of the 12-month sales strategy • own calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, prospect outreach, and follow-ups • support the team in tracking pipeline progress, lead generation campaigns, and client engagement efforts • clearly articulate value propositions and tailor messaging for client needs • serve as a client advocate, ensuring all communications are consultative and solution-focused • act as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients, scheduling meetings and supporting pre-sales engagement • assist in drafting follow-up communications, proposals, and presentations • develop and maintain SOPs for sales processes, lead tracking, and reporting • organize webinars, client events, or strategic networking opportunities to support pipeline growth

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, client success, or similar roles • fundamental understanding of how software, SaaS products, and digital tools add value to business efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage • strong organizational and time-management skills, with a detail-oriented mindset • excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presence in client interactions • familiarity with AI Tools for Content, Presentation and processes prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Gamma, n8n) • experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools (Notion, Asana, Google Workspace) • comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment • a collaborative, proactive, and resourceful team player eager to learn and grow into sales.
