📋 Description

• Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HRM systems (BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday) • Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/HRM connectors • Work directly with customers during onboarding to configure and troubleshoot their integrations • Document APIs and integration approaches so the team can scale knowledge • Triage and resolve integration-related production issues • Partner with Product to prioritise which connectors to build next based on customer demand

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering (Kotlin preferred, Java/JVM acceptable) • Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations • Comfortable with OAuth flows, webhooks, rate limiting, and the messiness of real-world APIs • PostgreSQL knowledge • Familiarity with at least one major CRM or HRM platform's API • Pragmatic approach - these integrations need to work reliably, not win architecture awards • Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision-making, with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems.
