📋 Description

• Write original, human-authored text samples across subject domains such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, and poetry • Follow a provided prompt after the domain of expertise is identified • Ensure submissions are entirely original, without AI tools, translation tools, or copied material • Attest in writing to the originality of submissions • Agree not to publish submitted content elsewhere under project confidentiality terms • Complete a GenAI assessment • Finalize onboarding and profile setup to become eligible for Applied AI projects • Contribute to LILT’s language data and AI evaluation initiatives and multilingual AI evaluation suite

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency and strong writing skills in Amharic • Demonstrable subject-matter expertise in one or more domains, such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, or poetry • Prior writing experience preferred, including professional, academic, or published work • Strong command of style, tone, and structure appropriate to the chosen domain • Comfortable working independently from a prompt with minimal creative guidance • Strict adherence to originality and confidentiality requirements • Updated CV in English • Successful completion of a GenAI assessment • Reliable availability and commitment for on-time delivery • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Must not be located in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Responsible for own tax obligations as a 1099 contractor
