📋 Description

• Write original, human-authored text samples across a range of subject domains • Follow a provided prompt after identifying the relevant domain of expertise • Ensure content is entirely original, with no AI tools, translation tools, or copied material • Attest in writing to the originality of submissions • Agree not to publish submitted content elsewhere under project confidentiality terms • Contribute to LILT’s language data and AI evaluation initiatives • Support evaluation of multilingual software challenges, including prompt language effects, non-English data processing, and locale/encoding edge cases in terminal workflows • Complete onboarding and profile setup to become eligible for Applied AI projects

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency and strong writing skills in Hausa • Demonstrable subject-matter expertise in one or more domains, such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, or poetry • Prior writing experience preferred, including professional, academic, or published work • Strong command of style, tone, and structure appropriate to the chosen domain • Comfortable working independently from a prompt with minimal creative guidance • Strict adherence to originality and confidentiality requirements • Must submit an updated CV in English • Must complete a GenAI assessment • Reliable availability and commitment for accepted tasks • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Contractors are solely responsible for their own tax obligations
