📋 Description

• Write an original, human-authored text in one or more subject domains • Follow a provided prompt as the starting point for the writing • Produce entirely original content without AI tools, translation tools, or copied material • Attest in writing to the originality of the submission • Agree not to publish the content elsewhere under the project’s confidentiality terms • Complete a GenAI assessment • Finalize onboarding and profile setup to become eligible for Applied AI projects

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency and strong writing skills in Oromo • Demonstrable subject-matter expertise in one or more domains, such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, or poetry • Prior professional, academic, or published writing experience preferred • Strong command of style, tone, and structure appropriate to the chosen domain • Ability to work independently from a prompt with minimal creative guidance • Strict adherence to originality and confidentiality requirements • Updated CV in English required • Reliable availability and commitment for quality, on-time delivery • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions • Responsibility for personal tax obligations as a 1099 contractor
