📋 Description

• Translate content between English and Mongolian while preserving cultural nuance and clarity • Edit and refine language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms • Apply current language standards, usage trends, and best practices • Evaluate and provide structured feedback to improve language model quality • Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to localize content for Mongolian-speaking markets • Support content development, localization, and quality assurance for digital tools and applications • Creatively adapt source text beyond direct translation when transcreation is required • Complete specialized-domain tests when requested • Complete onboarding steps, including an application form and payment setup after selection

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Mongolian and ability to translate between English and Mongolian • Graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience • Ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely • Reliable availability and commitment to on-time delivery • Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week • Updated CV/resume in English • Ability to complete a domain-specific test if required • Must reside in Mongolia for this remote role • Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations • Contractors cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions
