📋 Description

• Ensure successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts • Orchestrate complex workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for large enterprise customers • Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, collect assets, provide status updates, and confirm delivery against SLAs • Coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks • Manage internal and external communication within SLAs • Identify, plan for, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues • Define and delegate administrative work to Production Coordinators • Control project budgets and balance priorities across tasks and customers • Establish feasible deadlines and ensure timely task completion • Manage end-to-end project workflows, including Translation, QA, DTP, Linguistic Sign Off, E-Learning, and Multimedia • Ensure projects meet customer SLAs, quality standards, and Production KPIs • Maintain accurate system administration and data entry • Process invoicing and payments • Perform file analysis and monitor linguistic assets • Use Production systems and tools • Train supporting resources on production processes and methodology • Develop and maintain customer-related process documentation • Escalate quality complaints and customer feedback • Raise Customer Support tickets as needed • Source linguists and submit sourcing requests for new vendors • Complete ongoing production risk assessment and mitigation • Manage linguist communication for all projects • Implement features, efficiencies, and initiatives aligned with department and company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale, complex production for large-scale enterprise customers • Proven customer-facing experience • Excellent internal communication skills, including fast responsiveness and quick resolution • Solid organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and multitasking ability • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Experience with video localization preferred
