📋 Description

• Lead and manage NetSuite development projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations • Develop, customize, and enhance NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, and custom solutions • Optimize business processes by leveraging SuiteFlow (Workflows) and SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for automation and efficiency • Ensure compliance and security by implementing role-based access control, SOX compliance measures, and audit-ready configurations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, integrations, data and business partners) to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Develop and enforce coding standards for NetSuite development to ensure maintainability and scalability • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the NetSuite development team • Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development • Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1, 2.x) • Expert on SuiteCloud customizations: SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteBundle • Strong experience in NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Advanced Procurement, Order Management) • WMS & Smart Count configuration & customization experience • Procurement module development experience (purchase order workflows, vendor management, approval routing) • Serial & lot inventory management development experience • Hands-on experience with OOP languages (Java, Python, or similar) • Intermediate SQL skills • Experience in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) • Proficiency with NetSuite integration tools and middleware (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or custom API integrations) • Proficient with JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, JSON • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in ERP environment • Proficient with SDLC procedures • Experience with version control systems (.git, SDF) • Strong technical problem-solving skills
