📋 Description

• Review RN assessment documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and errors • Identify missing or incorrect information and communicate revision requests to RNs • Approve assessments meeting quality and documentation requirements • Follow up with RNs to ensure revisions are completed accurately and timely • Review assessments using RN PAD • Complete required data entry in HHA Exchange after approval • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to workflows and quality standards • Communicate with RNs and internal team members regarding assessment reviews • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with similar experience • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation • Experience reviewing clinical assessments, medical records, or healthcare documentation preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to provide clear and professional feedback to RNs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity • Comfortable learning new technology and healthcare systems • EMR or clinical documentation system experience preferred • Experience with RN PAD or HHA Exchange is a plus • Reliable computer • Noise-cancelling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection • Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time, 9am to 6pm
