📋 Description
• Review and update patient care plans to ensure they accurately reflect required care • Manage authorization requests to insurance companies • Review and update patient records in the EMR • Attend care plan meetings and contribute to final care plans • Manage and implement medical doctor orders for patients • Collaborate with an international team while working remotely
🎯 Requirements
• NCLEX-RN or NYS Licensed Professional RN • Must possess a valid New York nursing license • Graduate degree in BS Nursing or similar field • 2+ years of clinical experience in a US Healthcare environment is preferred • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in patient care and records • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines • Reliable computer • Noise-canceling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection • Availability from 9am to 6pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
